The automation of the welding processes significantly reduces production times. At the same time, high-quality seams are achieved. The two-station robot system always swivels and rotates the bogie frame into an optimum position for welding. A vertical conveyor with vertical stroke increases the robot's working range and carries out the changeover between the two welding stations.
