A double-station workpiece positioner for a horizontal turning movement is located in the middle of an enclosed area measuring 5,600 mm x 4,400 mm. While the robot is welding at one station, the operator removes the finished welded workpiece from the second station and loads it again. Both stations have a swivel and rotary axis to optimally feed the pump components - outer casing, impellers and nozzles - to the QIROX 350E robot.
